About the Role:

  • You will partner with senior stakeholders to deliver financial and commercial support, improving service levels and enhancing cost-effectiveness.
  • Your work will focus on Senior Living and Private Hospitals, where you will oversee site integrations resulting from recent acquisitions.
  • You will develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and colleagues, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to improve service levels and reduce costs.
  2. Financial Planning: Prepare and review annual budgets, reforecasting, monthly management information, and business review packs.
  3. Financial Reporting: Manage contract amendments, service pricing, and investment appraisals, ensuring consistency with pricing strategies.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Conduct in-depth variance analysis, identify underlying performance, and develop KPIs with the wider finance team.
  5. Team Leadership: Line manage and develop a high-performing finance team.
  6. Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide proactive analysis to support decision-making.
