Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough tree assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the ground crew to ensure safe and efficient completion of tree care projects.
- Develop and implement effective pruning and trimming strategies to promote healthy tree growth and maintain aesthetics.
- Operate various equipment, including chainsaws, handsaws, and rigging systems, while adhering to safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements.

Requirements

- Hold SRT/SRS Climbing Method certification or equivalent experience.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrate a commitment to workplace safety and adhere to established protocols and procedures.
- Be comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) is necessary for this role.
