Endoscopy Nurse Opportunity

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated and skilled Endoscopy Nurse to join their team on a fixed-term maternity cover position. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Endoscopy team is committed to providing high-quality patient care, and the successful candidate will play a vital role in achieving this goal. The unit operates Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday to Sunday 8am to 6pm, with on-call cover.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current issues within the acute healthcare service and be able to use their initiative to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a good understanding of personal accountability and be aware of their responsibilities for managing infection control.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. Key Requirements:
  • Qualified Nurse (Degree/Diploma)
  • Registered nurse on appropriate part of the register
