About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Home Delivery Driver to join our team at Iceland. As a key ambassador for our business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver shopping to customers' doors, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider store operation to support the team and provide excellent customer service.
  • Be a team player and assist with tasks such as packing stock and jumping on the checkout when needed.
  • Provide a winning way with people from all walks of life, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for all customers.
Requirements
  • A current driving licence, held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
