About the Role

**Personal Lines Pricing Analyst** at IPS Group

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pricing Analyst to join our team in the Personal Lines department. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for analyzing and developing pricing strategies for our personal lines products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain pricing models for personal lines products
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform pricing decisions
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in general insurance pricing, preferably in personal lines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Proficiency in programming languages (R, SQL, Python) and tools (Power BI)
  • Familiarity with industry-standard pricing tools like Emblem, Radar, or Earnix
