We are seeking an experienced Practice Director to join our team. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the lives of individuals supported by our client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead and manage a team of practice leads.
  • To develop and deliver high-quality support services.
  • To work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant field such as social work or psychology.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
