About the Role:
The Facility Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a CARSTAR facility. This includes managing associates, product usage, and ensuring the success of the facility in all business areas.

Responsibilities:
• Hold daily, weekly, and monthly store meetings to train and inform associates
• Maintain local licenses and permits required to operate the business
• Resolve all complaints and disputes tied to the facility, including associate disputes and customer-related disputes

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Management or the industry
• Functional/Technical Knowledge: Management Software (Mitchell and/or Summit) – ADVANCED, Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook) – INTERMEDIATE, Estimating Software (Audatex and/or Mitchell) – INTERMEDIATE, Business Math Skills, ICAR, WHMIS, First Aid, Work independently without close supervision, Flexible/adaptable to constant change, Strong tact and diplomacy; ability to interact with all levels of personnel, Highly organized; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments, Ability to prioritize, organize and plan work under own initiative, Negotiating skills and handling of confidential information, Strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening), Ability to travel when necessary, Developed reasoning/problem solving skills

Salary:
$95,000 - $125,000 per year
