Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our storage facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and supply chain logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Health and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment, promoting a safe and secure work atmosphere for all employees.
  • Operational Expertise: Oversee various aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and supply chain logistics.
  • Objective Setting: Develop and communicate clear daily, weekly, and monthly objectives to team members, fostering a goal-oriented and productive work environment.
  • Team Supervision: Directly supervise and manage warehouse staff, effectively utilising their skills and potential to optimise warehouse operations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all quality requirements are met consistently, upholding the commitment to delivering top-notch products to our customers.
  • Timely Delivery: Work closely with the production schedule to ensure on-time and complete delivery, contributing to the seamless flow of production processes.
  • Material Management: Oversee the proper labelling, storage, and containment of raw materials, maintaining an organised and efficient inventory system.
  • Stock Control: Keep stock control systems up to date, enabling accurate tracking and management of inventory levels.
  • Forklift Operation: Possess a valid forklift license and utilise your expertise to manage forklift operations safely and efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management, with a solid understanding of health and safety regulations, quality standards, and operational best practices.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organisational skills to manage inventory and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and software for tracking and reporting.
  • Forklift License: Valid forklift license and demonstrated competence in forklift operation.
