At Origin Housing Ltd, we're dedicated to creating a better quality of life for our communities. As an Asset Intelligence Officer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Asset Intelligence Manager in maintaining our asset management and energy systems.

Job Description:

  • Collect, validate, input, and analyse asset data to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Plan, design, commission, and manage stock condition surveys to evaluate energy efficiency and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain and manage the organisation's energy efficiency data and systems.
  • Evaluate the energy efficiency of properties and present reports in a variety of formats.
  • Produce scenarios from databases to enable effective planning of asset investment programmes.
  • Support contractors and suppliers with data requirements to keep databases updated and accurate.
  • Perform routine gap analysis and data validations to ensure robustness of data.
  • Produce reports on non-compliance with statutory housing standards, including Decent Homes and HHSRS.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Keystone or similar asset management systems.
  • Understanding of Housing standards such as Decent Homes, HHSRS, and Energy Assessment procedures (SAP/RdSAP).
  • A meticulous approach to data with excellent communication skills.
