As a Senior Radiographer, you will be part of a dedicated team that prioritizes patient-centered care and compassion.
Job Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services for a varied caseload, working in the department, on the ward, and in theatre.
- Work collaboratively with leading practitioners and utilize cutting-edge practices, equipment, and facilities to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Supervise and develop junior colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and success.
- Ensure a service of the highest quality is delivered with sensitivity and compassion, prioritizing patient needs and well-being.
- A BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent) and a postgraduate qualification.
- High levels of technical knowledge and the ability to work accurately and compassionately.
- Radiation Protection Supervisor training and qualification (desirable).
