**Job Summary**

Marshall is seeking an experienced Mobile Vehicle Refrigeration Technician to join our team as a Transport Refrigeration Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work remotely covering the South East/London area.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Mobile Vehicle Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and repair of vehicle-powered road transport refrigeration units. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and enhancing service delivery to our customers, ensuring high levels of customer care and satisfaction.

**Key Duties**

  • Installation, servicing, and repair of vehicle-powered road transport refrigeration units to minimize costs and maximize revenue generation.
  • Optimize and maintain engineer van stock to ensure efficient service delivery to our customers.
  • Perform daily safety checks on the company van to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Liaise with central control and/or the service centre to coordinate job start and completion times, downtime, and overtime authorizations.
  • Ensure customer service is a top priority and maintain a high corporate image (self, van, tools, spares).

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Desirable - GCSEs in Mathematics and English, F-Gas 2079, electrical, and mechanical certificates.
  • A clean UK driving license.
  • Extensive travel, including overnight stays and working on customer sites.
  • Physical fitness to perform required tasks.
  • Participation in an on-call roster, including overtime, working nights, and weekends.
