Residential Conveyancing Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our team in a low volume, high quality environment. The role will involve handling all types of conveyancing matters from inception through to post-completion, including:

  • Registered and unregistered property transactions
  • Freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership conveyancing
  • Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and Help to Buy schemes
  • Land Registry applications
