Job Opportunity: Chef de Partie

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our prestigious hotel's culinary team in the Dartford/Wilmington area of Kent. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with our Head Chef to create and execute menus that showcase our hotel's culinary expertise.
  • Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special occasion menus.
  • Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu ideas that reflect our hotel's commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Work effectively within a small team to achieve high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your culinary skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a high-quality hotel or restaurant kitchen, with a focus on fresh food preparation.
  • Ability to work across various kitchen sections and adapt to changing menu requirements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flair for creativity and innovation in menu development and food presentation.
  • Availability to work a 40-hour week, with paid overtime as required.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of £29,500 to £31,500 per annum, plus a guaranteed service charge payment of £1,500 per annum.
