Job Description
Job Title: Bodyshop Manager - Prestige Accident Repair Bodyshop

We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager to oversee a team of 11 Technicians and a total staff of 20 in our Prestige Accident Repair Bodyshop in the south of England.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years management experience in an accident repair bodyshop and will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer service are maintained.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional who is committed to delivering exceptional results and making a real difference in the business.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years management experience in an accident repair bodyshop
  • Full and valid driving licence
