Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with surgical procedures.
  • Supporting our veterinary team in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Participating in continuing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest veterinary nursing practices and techniques.
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our practice goals and objectives.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 to £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A range of benefits, including sick pay, holiday pay, funded CPD, certificate funded, maternity/paternity pay, generous holiday allowance, and no bank holidays/birthday off.
  • Part-time or full-time positions available, with flexible working arrangements to suit your needs.

Requirements:

  • RCVS registration or soon to be.
  • Experience in a small animal practice, with a strong understanding of veterinary nursing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest veterinary nursing practices and techniques.
