Join Monahans' team as a Management Reporting Analyst in Swindon As a key member of our Accounts department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial activities of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include weekly Data Analysis and Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Strategic support, and Process improvement.

  • Reports to: Financial Controller.
  • Location: Swindon.
  • Direct Reports: N/A.
Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    1. Produce Monthly KPIs for group reporting.
    2. Produce Monthly Partner reporting packs.
    3. Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support business decisions.
    4. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Business Intelligence Tools:
    1. Support implementation of reporting tools.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
    1. Support the financial planning process by providing data-driven insights.
    2. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Strategic Support:
    1. Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and business cases.
  • Process Improvement:
    1. Identify opportunities to automate and streamline financial reporting and analysis processes.
    2. Develop and implement best practices for data management and analysis.
    Requirements:
    • Candidates with previous experience working in an accounting/finance role, ideally as a Financial Analyst.
    • Part-qualified/QBE in accounting, business, or finance.
    • Experience with SAGE and XERO, Power BI.
    • Excellent numeracy skills.
    • Advanced Excel skills.
