Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of various projects across a wide variety of sectors, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Conduct quality inspections and produce comprehensive reports, highlighting areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Gain a strong understanding of construction procurement and contract management, especially JCT contracts, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Proactively address client needs, maintaining a positive and responsive attitude, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Previous Project Management experience in a UK Construction Consultancy is essential.
  • A construction-related degree qualification (QS, PM, BS) is required.
  • A proactive learner with enthusiasm and a willingness to tackle new challenges, with a proven track record of working on construction projects.
  • Highly driven, with a natural ambition to achieve outstanding results, and a self-starter with a creative and initiative-driven approach to problem-solving.
