Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive performance improvements by engaging with teams and upholding quality standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Create and implement effective action plans to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Foster a culture of quality awareness across the business through targeted training and coaching.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and align quality policies with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on manufacturing and heavy industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9000 and other relevant quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Estimated Salary: £72,000 per annum
