About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join a growing team of recruitment experts at beBee Professionals in Crosby. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to successful placement, and developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing and interviewing high-calibre candidates across various industries
  2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
  3. Managing the entire recruitment process, including shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, and negotiating job offers
  4. Maintaining accurate records in the recruitment management system
Requirements:
