About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the customer fulfilment function by administering all warehouse and distribution activities
  • Liaise with customers to arrange deliveries and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage supplier deliveries and returns, ensuring accurate processing and timely resolution of any issues
  • Process balance payments and act on delivery incident reports
  • Comply with all health and safety and GDPR procedures
