Customer Service Representative

About Us: Acorn by Synergie is a leading company in the customer service industry.
We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to work Monday to Friday 08.30-5pm and every other Saturday until 12.00. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer care, whether that be through sales, retail background, account management, or hospitality. The salary for this position is approximately £35,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:
- Manage customer relationships and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer services
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
