The Role

As an Embedded Software Developer, you will work on a diverse range of projects within defence, medical, automotive, industrial, or telecommunications on real-time operating systems or safety-critical software solutions.

From healthcare critical devices to automotive safety features, we develop a range of vital solutions to guide our clients in the right direction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal engineering teams to build secure, high-performing, resilient, and efficient solutions.

• Define, iterate on, and improve best practices and help teams utilize them.

• Work on projects that involve electronic schematics and troubleshooting firmware issues using tools such as an oscilloscope.

• Develop a deep understanding of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, and interfacing with external peripherals devices such as flash memory.

Requirements

• 2 years of previous experience in an embedded/firmware position with experience working with C and/or C++.

• Understanding of electronic schematics and ability to troubleshoot firmware issues.

• Familiarity with communication protocols and interfacing with external peripherals devices.
