Job Summary:
Skillful and dedicated teaching assistant sought to support children with Special Educational Needs in a SEN School. As an integral member of our team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure pupils receive optimal educational benefits.

About the Role:
This is a long-term to permanent position, starting as soon as possible. You will be working full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 15:30. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children aged 4-19, with a strong focus on supporting their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting pupils with SEN
- Provide individualised support to pupils, adapting to their unique needs and learning styles
- Work closely with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive school environment
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and communicate regularly with parents/carers

Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in SEN support
