Traffic Operations Manager

At DX Network Services Limited, we are seeking a skilled Traffic Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our depot service level delivery and collection targets are achieved in line with budget while maintaining the highest level of service to our customers.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in the logistics or distribution industry and a proven track record of managing teams in fast-paced environments. If you have the ambition to develop your leadership skills and are passionate about delivering exceptional results, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and produce daily and weekly reports as required.
- Ensure collection conformance to standards.
- Control all key controls for vehicles.
- Monitor and review operational performance and take timely action to address any issues.
- Ensure all company legal requirements are met.
- Close management of sub-contractors to ensure an effective and efficient service is provided in line with budgeted cost.
- Manage a robust pre-brief and de-brief process at all times.
- Route contingency planning.
- Continually strive to improve service levels and reduce cost.
- Health and safety management.
- Manage Traffic team effectively.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in the logistics or distribution industry.
