Aston Charles Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join their team. As a key member of the Commercial Department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients, providing expert advice on insurance programs, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, including property, liability, financial lines, and commercial combined insurance programs.
- Provide expert advice on insurance programs, identifying gaps in cover and suggesting innovative solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Take the lead on renewals, using market knowledge and negotiating skills to obtain the most comprehensive cover.
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless delivery of insurance programs and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of property, liability, financial lines, and commercial combined insurance programs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Highly numerate, with a strong analytical mind and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Desirable: experience in mentoring or training junior colleagues, and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
