About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker - Female to join our team at Felbrigg House in Dover, Kent.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
Your primary responsibility will be to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver person-centered care, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living activities and personal care.
- Participate in ward rounds and contribute to the development of care plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
