Pricing and Recovery Lead

Barclays Bank is seeking a skilled Pricing and Recovery Lead to spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence.

This role requires a strong understanding of financial analysis and recovery, with experience in variance reporting, presentation skills, and driving change and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, formula, graphs, and modeling expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations throughout the software product lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technical projects.
  • Manage change requests and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry technology trends and technologies.

Vice President Expectations:

  • Advise key stakeholders on functional and cross-functional areas of impact and alignment.
  • Manage and mitigate risks through assessment, in support of the control and governance agenda.
  • Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls.
  • Collaborate with other areas of work to achieve business-aligned support areas.
  • Create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought.
