Job Description: Executive Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Vice President to lead our M&A efforts. This key role focuses on driving growth and expansion in the Business Services sector, leveraging your expertise in M&A and corporate finance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in M&A, with a proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships with clients and industry contacts, and provide expert guidance on market trends and valuation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute M&A strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Business Services sector.
  • Leverage expertise in M&A to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and close transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry contacts, and potential targets.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on M&A opportunities, market trends, and valuation.

Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in M&A, with a significant focus on the Business Services sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and closing M&A transactions.
  • Strong analytic, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Estimated Salary: £200,000 - £280,000 per annum, depending on experience.
