Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Options Barton School in Northampton. The successful candidate will provide speech and language therapy services to students with communication disorders and work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech and language pathology and be able to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students with communication disorders
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Work closely with teaching staff to understand student needs and goals


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology
  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven experience working with children or adults with communication disorders
