Engage Education is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support the examination process at a school in Bedford.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting examinations in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ), awarding body, and school regulations.
Key duties include:
Reporting to and being briefed by the exams officer prior to each exam session
Maintaining the security and confidentiality of exam question papers and materials
Ensuring exam rooms are set up according to requirements
Admitting candidates into exam rooms under formal exam conditions
Supervising and observing candidates at all times
Recording and reporting any incidents or irregularities
Completing attendance registers and other administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
Training and support will be provided to ensure the candidate is equipped to perform the role effectively.
