Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Booker. This role is responsible for the overall management of existing and new models and clients, as well as providing administration support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain outstanding working relationships with existing major clients
  • Identify and develop excellent working relationships with new and dormant clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key models
  • Manage the careers of a select group of special key models, including:
    • Managing their diaries
    • Chasing outstanding portfolio images
    • Working with the graphics department to maintain their webpage/portfolio
    • Ensuring up-to-date polaroids and casting videos

  • Self-motivated and a great team member
  • Able to cope with multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good eye for models or understanding of fashion and media
  • Administrative capabilities
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, energetic, and intelligent
  • Professional phone manner
  • Good timekeeper
  • Able to work accurately and thoughtfully under pressure
