We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team in a full-time, permanent role. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children in KS1, KS2, and EYFS with reading, writing, and phonics support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized support to children with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and other special educational needs.
- Liaise with teachers, teaching assistants, SENCOs, and other education professionals to ensure seamless support for children.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and policies.
- At least one year of experience in a school, education, or early years setting.
- Relevant education or childcare degree, or a Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs.
