At David Lloyd Leisure, we're seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as IGN1TE Fitness Instructors. As a key member of our fitness team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-energy IGN1TE classes to our members, providing a unique and engaging workout experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver IGN1TE classes to a variety of members, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the IGN1TE program, including choreography and music
- Communicate effectively with members, providing clear instructions and feedback
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
- Current L2 CIMSPA/EMD UK recognised teaching qualification
- Experience in delivering high-energy classes to music
- Ability to follow choreography while implementing your own teaching style
- Good level of fitness to meet the demands of the workout
- Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport with members
- Bespoke in-house IGN1TE Foundation Training, CIMSPA accredited
- Quarterly Continued Coaching Education Modules to enhance teaching techniques
- Opportunity to teach a variety of classes under one roof
