Consultant Rheumatologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Rheumatologist to join our dynamic team at NHS Scotland. As a Consultant Rheumatologist, you will play a key role in the management of patients with rheumatic diseases, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist care to patients with rheumatic diseases, including inflammatory arthritis and autoimmune connective tissue diseases.
  • Contribute to the development of the service, including the implementation of new treatments and therapies.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in education and training programs to maintain and develop your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Full GMC Registration and a license to practise.
  • Eligibility for inclusion in the GMC Specialist Register.
  • Higher specialist training leading to CCT or within 6 months of confirmed entry from the date of interview.
