Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality Assurance programmes team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing quality assurance support on our latest multi-national development programme, ensuring adherence to our Customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage non-conformance across the Project, including supporting the engineering teams with defect investigations.
  • Provide non-conformance data analysis and summary reports into engineering/senior management and customer reviews.
  • Undertake root cause analysis of critical non-conformances using industry-wide problem-solving methods.
  • Facilitate and support the implementation and delivery of the FMEA process throughout the design, engineering, and manufacturing domains.

Requirements:

  • Preferably HND educated, or experience in Engineering and Quality Management.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
  • Knowledge of the Quality Tools and an understanding of non-conformance management using SAP would be an advantage.
  • Some travel (both UK and international) may be required.
