As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives, building strong relationships with suppliers, and driving cost savings through innovative procurement strategies.

About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a proven track record in procurement, supplier, and category management. You will have a strong understanding of category management, performance metrics, and financial forecasting, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple procurement categories.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with top-performing suppliers.
* Drive cost savings through innovative procurement strategies.
* Partner with Engineering to achieve cost reductions in high-impact products.
* Oversee category budgets and deliver financial targets in line with our annual operating plan.

Requirements:
* 3rd level qualification or equivalent in Business Studies, Economics, or Engineering discipline.
* Experience in procurement, supplier, and category management.
* Strong grasp of category management, performance metrics, and financial forecasting.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
