We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Science and Innovation to lead our nutraceuticals business in Manchester.

This exciting role will involve driving the scientific strategy and innovation pipeline for our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, efficacy, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the scientific strategy and innovation pipeline for new and existing products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate new nutraceutical products.
  • Oversee research initiatives, including clinical trials and scientific studies.
  • Manage the regulatory approval process for product registrations across multiple international markets.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as Pharmacy, Nutritional Medicine, or Biochemistry.
  • Extensive industry experience in the nutraceuticals or pharmaceuticals sector.
  • Expertise in regulatory affairs and product registrations in international markets.
  • Working knowledge and practical experience with scientific research, including clinical trials.
  • Ability to represent the business at industry events and conferences, with a requirement for travel.
