AB Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and overall performance of our centres.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instructing and Guiding: Deliver high-quality instruction to students, adhering to the Kumon method and providing on-the-job training as needed.
- Communication and Feedback: Effectively communicate with parents, providing regular feedback on student progress, gathering information, and collaborating with instructors.
- Work Management: Receive and hand over work and students as required, ensuring seamless operations.
- Assessment and Recording: Accurately mark and record student work, including Class Navi, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as work pulling, as per instructor instructions.
- Progress Reporting: Provide quarterly progress charts and feedback to parents, ensuring they are informed of their child's development.
- Diagnostic Testing: Conduct Kumon diagnostic tests with potential students as needed, assessing their suitability for the Kumon program.
- Centre Policies: Understand and implement centre policies regarding risk, health, and safety, ensuring a secure environment for students and staff.
- Student Records: Ensure all medical forms for students are completed and up-to-date, maintaining accurate records.
- Compliance Checks: Regularly conduct compliance checks to ensure adherence to centre policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: GCSE Maths and English qualifications are essential.
