About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Supportive Learning Facilitator to join our team at Tradewind Recruitment. This rewarding role will see you providing tailored support to students with complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, profound and multiple learning disabilities, and challenging behaviours.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one and small group support, assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons, creating a nurturing learning environment, and supervising students on school outings.

In return, you can look forward to a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
