About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Chiswick. The successful candidate will have previous experience working with children and adults with learning difficulties, including ADHD, SEMH, and ASC.

The ideal candidate will be able to engage pupils in their learning, support their social, emotional, and personal wellbeing, and assist teachers with off-site activities such as Rock Climbing, Paddle Boarding, and sailing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to students with challenging behaviour
  • Assist teachers with off-site activities
  • Engage pupils in their learning and support their wellbeing

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children and adults with learning difficulties
  • Experience in sports, physical education, or outdoor education (desirable)
  • Ability to engage pupils in their learning and support their wellbeing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £90 - £100/Day (inclusive of holiday pay at 12%)
