Delivery Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Specialist to join our team at Royal Mail. As a Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across the region.

About the Role

This is a permanent contract position, working 30 hours per week, 5 days a week, with a flexible schedule that includes weekends during peak times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Operate a company vehicle and maintain a clean and safe driving record

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness to walk for long periods and work in any weather
