The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Family Solicitor to work alongside the Head of the Family department in their Todmorden office. The successful candidate will inherit a loyal and busy caseload of purely privately funded work across the full spectrum of Family Law.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a busy caseload of Private Funded Family law, including finances on divorce and private children work.
  • Build close relationships with clients and referrers.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidently handle caseloads from instruction through to completion.

Requirements
  • Family Associate or Legal Executive with a NQ+ (no upper limit regarding experience).
  • Resolution Accredited Specialist in Finances on Divorce and Private Law Children work (preferable).
