- Conduct thorough stock checks, adhering to processes assigned by the brand to maintain a high level of inventory accuracy.
- Ensure the security of the team, location, and stock, being vigilant and proactive in maintaining a safe working environment.
- Process orders, deliveries, and restock the store efficiently, meeting customer needs and expectations.
- Perform basic cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Cash up accurately, where applicable, and maintain a high level of financial integrity.
- Complete reasonable requests made by the Store or Assistant Store Leader, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, both within the team and when interacting with customers.
- Demonstrate strong salesmanship and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain sound product knowledge, with a drive to continuously learn and improve.
- Display empathy and understanding for customers, ensuring a personalized and exceptional experience.
- Possess numeracy and literacy skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Utilize I.T. skills to operate in-store systems, ensuring seamless transactions and customer interactions.
Directly report to the Store Leader, working closely with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
