Pet Care Specialist

The role of Sales Advisor will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service and going above and beyond for every customer
- Assessing customers' needs and recommending Pets Corner products and services
- Maintaining high standards, ensuring products are fully stocked, well-presented, and clean with a good shelf life
- Staying up-to-date with pricing, promotions, and merchandising
Essential skills required for the role of Sales Advisor:
- A genuine interest in the Pets Corner vision, our products, and our values
- A confident, positive, and helpful approach
- Strong customer focus with a desire to get to know our customers and their pets, building strong relationships
- The ability to naturally engage with customers
- A thirst for continued training and development
- The drive and determination to work equally well as part of a busy team and under own initiative
