About the Role:

eXPD8 is seeking a skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our field-based retail merchandising team. As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the visual appeal of our clients' products in-store, working closely with our clients to deliver exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and appeal.
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their brand and product requirements, ensuring that our visual merchandising solutions meet their needs.
  • Work closely with our field-based team to ensure that all visual merchandising standards are met, and that our clients' products are presented in a way that drives sales and customer engagement.
  • Provide regular feedback to our clients on the effectiveness of our visual merchandising solutions, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting new ideas.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business goals and objectives, and working closely with them to deliver solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail merchandising, visual merchandising, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
