We're seeking a talented individual to join our Continuous Improvement team as an Associate, Business Process Improvements/Best Practice. Pershing provides a broad range of financial business solutions to investment banks, broker-dealers, wealth managers, financial planners, and advisers across EMEA. We offer sophisticated front-end technology and flexible middle office capabilities with execution, settlement, and custody services, supported by a robust regulatory and compliance framework.

In this role, you'll make a significant impact in the following ways:

  1. Involvement in Continuous Improvement via Robotics programming, management, and delivery of automated processes from initial investigation, process mapping, and design to development and testing.
  2. Preparation of MI data on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  3. Assistance with Excel spreadsheet preparation, construction of new complex spreadsheets and reports, formatting, and process definition.
  4. Caching less experienced team members with Excel functions and formulas.
  5. Preparation and editing of correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings to a professional standard and with a high level of attention to detail.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking individuals with:

  1. Strong experience of Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills, and a willingness to learn a robotics coding language.
  2. Preferable – some experience of Power Query, Power BI, SQL, or other similar software.
  3. Experience writing and producing documentation of a management standard and running projects/responsibilities independently.
  4. Proven project/administrative experience.
  5. Ability to clearly and concisely articulate information, issues, and solutions to peers and managers.
  6. Must be well organized, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and therefore manage priorities, establish, and meet deadlines.
  7. Proactivity regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
  8. Experience of process mapping beneficial.
  9. Preferable – degree in Maths/Finance-related disciplines.
