Area Manager

We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive excellence in our Tier 2 and Tier 3 operations, ensuring outstanding performance across safety, quality, service, and cost.
As the Area Manager, you will champion good governance to meet health, safety, and environmental standards, drive conformance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, and ensure compliance with CARM controls.
You will build strong relationships with the Site Engineering Manager and Manex Manager, ensuring your team's skills and proficiencies are aligned with our long-term planning goals.
You will actively ensure that standards are upheld and performance issues are promptly addressed.
A NEBOSH qualification is a must, demonstrating your dedication to health and safety excellence.
Demonstrable leadership experience in an FMCG production or manufacturing environment is essential. A deep understanding of packaging, brewing, processing, and plant technologies would be advantageous.
You'll be a champion of manufacturing excellence, with a proven ability to implement leadership tools and techniques that drive performance. Your financial acumen is solid, and you possess strong engagement and communication skills, enabling you to build a high-performance environment in large, multi-disciplined teams.
