- Proven experience (5 years+) in M&A advisory, capital markets, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Expertise in financial due diligence, valuations, and transaction structuring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex financial models and data.
- Excellent client management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships at senior levels.
- Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA) or equivalent is highly desirable.
