We're seeking an exceptional Assistant Product Development Manager to join our innovative team at Aunt Bessie's, a leading Frozen meal brand in the UK. As a key member of our product development team, you'll play a crucial role in launching new and exciting Frozen meals across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical project management of NPD & EPD projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery in accordance with agreed procedures.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of key ingredients, supply chains, and manufacturing processes through trials and regular contact with suppliers, procurement, and SUs.
  • Provide accurate technical data throughout allocated projects, supporting business reporting and consumer services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues in R&D and other functions, including MU's, SU's, TQS, Procurement, and Category Marketing.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor activity.
