We seek an individual who can motivate and lead a passionate team, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence to optimize essential fundraising efforts for our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivating, training, and motivating a dynamic group of volunteers.
- Ensuring exceptional retail standards, product offerings, and customer interaction.
- Promoting stock acquisition and community involvement.
Each year, millions of customers engage with our retail outlets, making them crucial in raising awareness and funds to support our initiatives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will be self-driven, innovative, an effective communicator, and dedicated to the charity retail sector.
- Proven experience in inspiring a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- A keen eye for detail to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere for customers, staff, and volunteers.
- Background in retail or experience in a leadership role within a team setting.
This role requires flexibility to work during weekends and public holidays as necessary.
